Great location, only a short walk to town and the beach. the house was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay.

The beds were uncomfortable, with thin and hard mattresses and pillows, resulting in neck pain throughout our stay. the oven didn't work properly, which was frustrating.

We had a wonderful time at our Christmas stay! The house was beautifully decorated and it felt so cozy and inviting. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we were impressed with the provided cleaning products and ample supply of towels. the location was perfect - we were able to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoyed the convenience of nearby amenities.

The lack of personal communication. We didn't receive a personal greeting and all correspondence was conducted electronically.

We recently stayed at a stunning property in Whitby called Elysium House. the house was absolutely beautiful, with comfortable and cosy furnishings. It was well appointed and stylishly decorated, making it a truly delightful place to stay. the layout of the rooms was well thought out, and the size of the house was perfect for our group of six people. We especially loved the subtle Christmas decorations, which added a festive touch to our stay. the location was also great, with the house being close to the town and situated on a quiet street. We enjoyed the super views of the abbey from the upstairs landing windows. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all 😊.

Stayed at a smashing 3-storey property in a fantastic location. Easy access to key, clean and tidy house with great amenities provided. No parking, but car parks nearby. Perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Elysium House was truly delightful. The house felt like a home away from home, with its clean and spacious rooms, modern decor, and well-equipped amenities. The towels and bedding smelled amazing, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still within easy reach of the town center with a pleasant walk. Despite the parking challenges on the street, we managed to find a suitable space a couple of roads away, and our cars were safe and undisturbed throughout our stay. Elysium House provided great value for money in a fantastic location. We highly recommend this property. I highly recommend this property for a wonderful stay.

The location was great, just a short walk from the center of town with its bars, restaurants, and shops. The company that owns the property was easy to contact and their staff members were very helpful and pleasant. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Elysium House to anyone. It was truly a family-friendly accommodation.

The management team was also very responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns. I had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this property to others.

One thing I did notice was the limited street parking, which could be a bit difficult to find. However, there were paid car parks available just a short walk away.
